Questions
What people ask about price.
How much does it cost to build a custom SaaS product in Nigeria?
Most founder-led MVPs land between ₦3.5 million and ₦7 million, priced against the workflows involved rather than a flat package. Payments, multi-role admin, offline operation and multi-tenancy each add to that; the ranges for those are published above.
How much is a SaaS readiness audit?
Between ₦450,000 and ₦900,000, taking about two weeks. You get a scored report, prioritised fix tickets and a retest once they are closed. There is a full sample report on this site so you can see the deliverable before you buy it.
Do you charge per user, per student, or per month?
For services, no — an audit, a build or a rescue is quoted once for the work. For products: Klas Manager starts free at any student count, MyNaijaEstate runs on prepaid tokens rather than a subscription, and the rest are quoted per deployment.
Why publish ranges instead of a fixed price?
Because a fixed price for work nobody has scoped is either padded or wrong. The range is the honest span; the quote comes after mapping the actual workflow, and it is written down before anything is built.
What makes a project land at the top of a range?
Money movement is the usual answer — collections, refunds and reconciliation are where correctness is expensive. After that: several kinds of user with real boundaries between them, working offline, and anything that has to serve multiple branches or companies from one deployment.
Do you work with clients outside Nigeria?
Yes, remotely across Africa and globally. Pricing is in naira because that is what the studio is costed in; invoicing in another currency is possible by arrangement.
