Questions school teams ask
Can finance staff record a manual payment?
Yes. Open Fees, select the student, choose the fee or bill, enter the amount and method, and save the payment receipt.
Can parents pay online?
The parent portal already displays balances, bills and receipts. Online checkout is being enabled as a separate school payment integration.
Can a teacher see finance or owner tools?
No. Navigation and API access are shaped by role and permission, so teachers see the modules relevant to their work.

Klas Manager is built by Mpaukwu Trading, a CAC-registered Nigerian sole proprietorship (BN 7294223), registered on 10 January 2024 in Ohafia, Abia State, Nigeria, with work across Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt and remote markets.
