SortAm

Problem. Finding a reliable local repair artisan is fragmented, trust-poor, and usually word-of-mouth only.

Build. A multi-sided marketplace with verified artisan profiles, job discovery, quote flows, protected payment logic, wallet operations, and an admin control room. The self-hosted migration is complete; Paystack is live and eTranzact integration is in progress.

Design intent. Give customers a structured way to find providers, compare quotes, and follow a payment-protection flow. No independently measured customer outcome is published here.

StoreBase

Problem. Nigerian shop owners run on notebooks and memory: stock goes missing, customer debt gets forgotten, and unreliable network kills web-based POS tools at the worst moment.

Build. An offline-first POS and inventory system that keeps selling through a network drop and syncs after, with multi-branch staff roles, built-in "carry small small" installment/debt tracking tied to customer profiles, a CCTV camera view for owners, and price/stock integrity enforced server-side so a cashier can't quietly ring up a sale below cost.

Operational controls. Owner/manager permissions protect sensitive price, stock-adjustment, and reporting actions. Current plan and trial terms are published on StoreBase's official site and may change.

MyEstate

Problem. Residential estates rely on a logbook and a gatehouse guard's memory to control who comes in, with no record of visitor history and no fast way to raise an alarm.

Build. A visitor access control system: residents generate QR/OTP gate passes with an expiry window and gate restriction, guards verify them through an offline-capable app so connectivity gaps at the gate don't stop entry checks, and residents can trigger an SOS alert. Estate-wide announcements and chat round out day-to-day communication.

Adoption model. Public product materials describe estate onboarding with resident token-based visitor passes. Confirm current fees and settlement details directly with MyEstate before procurement.

NaijaStay

Problem context. Hotel operators need room, till, stock, and shift records to agree even when internet service is unreliable and staff use separate workflows.

Build. A hotel-operations product organised around a room-night truth ledger, front desk, bar/POS and stock flows, cash sessions, audit trails, and offline-first deployment options. Computer-vision pipelines are being developed to provide occupancy and service evidence to reconciliation logic.

Current boundary. Vision packages have been exercised with local video/webcam inputs. Physical RTSP camera hardware, multi-camera operation, and site-specific accuracy validation are not claimed as complete.

Oasis Spring Pharmacy

Problem context. A community pharmacy needs an online catalogue and ordering flow that makes product discovery, prescription requirements, pickup, and delivery easier to understand.

Build. A responsive pharmacy storefront/PWA prototype with product discovery, order and tracking routes, provider boundaries for payment, prescription storage, delivery, and notifications, plus an operations preview.

Current boundary. The project is configured in demo mode: it does not charge cards or persist prescription files. Production database migration, staff authentication, private prescription handling, provider setup, and pharmacy/legal details remain launch gates.

Expo Easy

Problem. Sales teams need to demo multiple products cleanly at expos without a laptop-juggling, login-fumbling mess in front of a prospect.

Build. A kiosk and admin platform with SDK integration, product handoffs, usage analytics, and release gates.

Design intent. Make product demonstrations repeatable and keep third-party SDK integration behind controlled release steps.

Prism Global

Problem. A luxury residential development in Lugbe Extension, Abuja needed a credible digital storefront to reach serious buyers instead of relying on word-of-mouth and agent networks alone.

Build. A marketing and listings site covering the full development: aerial and exterior shots of each block, interior galleries by unit type, and direct enquiry flows tied to an admin panel for managing listings and leads.

Design intent. Give prospective buyers a browsable property presentation and a direct route to ask about a unit or arrange an inspection.

Savour

Problem. Home cooks juggling Nigerian, Latvian, or other home cuisines want practical, budget-aware recipes and meal ideas in their own language, not generic recipe sites built around a single cuisine.

Build. An AI-powered cooking companion, "every culture, every kitchen, one app," that suggests budget-smart meals across Nigerian, Latvian, and global cuisines with Paystack-backed premium features.

Design intent. Make recipe discovery and meal ideas responsive to cuisine, budget, and language rather than assuming one default kitchen.

Africa Connect

Problem. AI agents (Claude, Gemini, GPT, and others) have no reliable way to discover, verify, and transact with African businesses, so agent-driven commerce defaults to global platforms that leave local businesses out.

Build. An enterprise-grade discovery, trust, and transaction layer: an MCP gateway exposing find/verify/transact tools to AI agents, backed by a 7-signal weighted trust score, a 0-6 verification ladder, partner data ingestion, and an immutable audit log on every write.

Design intent. Provide discovery and verification interfaces for AI-mediated business search, with policy-scoped access and tenant boundaries designed into the platform.
