Who it's for
Car-rental operators in Lagos, Abuja, and PH; corporate shuttle fleets; haulage and container transport; and owners renting vehicles to Bolt/Uber drivers.
A fleet-management platform designed for Nigerian transport operators - car rental, corporate shuttles, haulage, and ride-hail owners. One board for every vehicle, driver, booking, and naira, so a fleet stops being run from a notebook and a WhatsApp group.
A fleet owner's first question is simple: which vehicles are earning, which are idle, which are in the workshop, and which are overdue back. FleetOS answers it on one board - available, rented, in maintenance, or overdue - instead of a headcount from memory.
Each driver has a profile and each vehicle a document vault - licence, insurance, roadworthiness, vehicle papers - with expiry dates that warn you before a checkpoint does. In Nigerian transport, an expired paper is a seized vehicle; FleetOS makes that a reminder, not a loss.
| Driver | Vehicle | Document | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Emeka O. | ABC-123-XA | Licence | Valid |
| Musa I. | ABJ-770-YT | Insurance | Expires 12d |
| Kingsley A. | PHC-556-RV | Roadworthiness | Expired |
| Bala S. | EN-334-AB | Vehicle licence | Valid |
Assign a vehicle to a driver or a trip, record the payment (cash, transfer, or POS), and let the system watch the return date. When a vehicle comes back late, FleetOS calculates the extra charge automatically instead of leaving money on the table.
Service intervals and oil-change reminders keep vehicles on the road instead of in the workshop at the worst moment, and a fuel log ties every litre to a vehicle and a driver - so fuel money stops being a black hole in the accounts.
GPS tracking puts the fleet on a live map, and every trip logs distance, duration, and route - feeding a driver performance score from trip count, fuel efficiency, and incidents. Planned integration GPS uses a mapping provider connected in the build phase.
Revenue is easy to feel and hard to prove. FleetOS shows earnings by vehicle and driver, then subtracts fuel and maintenance to reveal profit per vehicle - so an owner knows which vehicle to keep, which to sell, and which driver is quietly losing money.
Nigeria runs on vehicles it can barely account for. FleetOS is early - a working front-end and a clear plan - and open to an investor or partner who wants in at the start.

Most fleets are still run on notebooks, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp. A simple, offline-friendly, WhatsApp-connected tool priced in naira is an easy first system for them to adopt.
Multi-tenant SaaS with monthly subscription tiers by fleet size, and Paystack billing - a recurring-revenue product, not a one-off build.
Honest status: a working front-end mockup exists (the screens above are the concept). The backend, GPS, payments, and WhatsApp integrations are the build ahead - a NestJS + PostgreSQL API, Paystack billing, and mobile apps for drivers and managers. That build is exactly what investment or a technical partnership would accelerate.
This is an early-stage concept with a working mockup and a clear roadmap, open to investment or a technical/market partner. If Nigerian fleet operations is a space you know, let's talk.
